VALUE LINE, INC. DECLARES A QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND OF $0.20 PER COMMON SHARE

/EIN News/ -- New York, Jan. 17, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Value Line, Inc., (NASDAQ: VALU) announced today that its Board of Directors declared on January 17, 2020 a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per common share, payable on February 11, 2020, to stockholders of record on January 27, 2020.  The Company has 9,639,545 shares of common stock outstanding as of January 17, 2020.
