The England WAGs are busy upping the glamour ante in Russia, but the World Cup isn't the only major sporting event taking place this summer with Wimbledon getting underway on Monday.

The prestigious tournament attracts a dream guest list of A-listers of royalty that soccer stadiums can only dream of - as well as a host of very glamorous tennis WAGs.

Among their numbers will be a pop star in the form of Nicole Scherzinger, model Abby Querrey who wed US player Sam Querrey earlier this month and queen bees Kim Murray and Mirka Federer.

Wimbledon is predicted to be as star-studded as ever, but this very glamorous bunch will more than hold their own.

STEPHANIE TUCCITO

GIRLFRIEND OF DAVID GOFFIN, WORLD NUMBER NINE

Stephanie Tuccitto, 26, lives in Monaco with Belgian player David Goffin and has expressed her hope that marriage isn't far off for the pair after seven years together.

'I'm very classic in love, I'd like to get married and have children,' she told Tennis World

'We're already sort of engaged - without words, without an alliance - by dedicating themselves to each other. There is no urgency.'

'I like to discover cities, David and I love shopping too, I read magazines, I do fitness, I accompany David to his physical training.'

Stephanie has a keen interest in the game herself and played as a teenager before meeting David changed her life.

'I often say: David realizes his dream and I do everything he can to realize his ambitions,' she said.

ABBY QUERREY

She's a successful model who has posed for international publications such as LUCY'S Magazine and Mujerhoy and has taken to the catwalk for La Perla lingerie.

The model has shown she's not afraid to take on internet trolls, hitting back at a man who posted an abusive comment about US player Querrey after he lost money on betting on him.

'Sickening the comments people make after a loss,' she wrote, 'if you don't want to lose money, don't bet on tennis.'

Grigor has admitted it's 'hard' to maintain a long distance romance, but says Nicole does her best to fly in to see him when he's on tour

In this week's issue of MR PORTER Journal, released on Thursday he said: 'It's not easy. The schedules are very heavy. But she's doing a better job than I am at being able to come to most of the places I'm at.'

While his schedule often means they get few chances to enjoy time together alone, Nicole has supported her beau from the sidelines at multiple tournaments.

Their romance followed Nicole's separation from racing driver Lewis Hamilton, 33, after their high profile seven-year relationship came to an end in February 2015.

Since meeting Grigor, Nicole keeps things much more private and the pair rarely avoid sharing photos together on social media.

JELENA DJOKOVIC

MARRIED TO: NOVAK DJOKOVIC, WORLD NUMBER FOUR

The 32-year-old will be returning to Wimbledon as a mother-of-two after giving birth to a little sister, Tara, for the couple's son Stefan, three, in September 2017.

However, the couple have been through a trying time in the past year after rumours swirled about the state of their marriage.

In July 2017, former player John McEnroe blamed a dip in the player's form on  'off-court issues with the family'.

McEnroe added: 'The person that comes to mind immediately with Novak is not a tennis player, it's actually a golfer: Tiger Woods.

Djokovic himself admitted he was going through 'personal issues' and sent the rumour mill into overdrive when he was pictured with a glamorous Russian healthy living guru, Tanya Maher.

However, he put paid to rumours of marital strife by paying a gushing birthday tribute to Jelena on Instagram earlier this month, calling her the 'love of his life' and praising her achievements.

'For being an amazing friend, wife, mother, teacher, leader, entrepreneur, philanthropist... for inspiring so many people around the world and being such a powerful voice for education,' he said.

'I am proud to watch you grow into the most amazing human being... and I am so lucky that you help me grow too, and for being next to me. Always. Forever. Love you.'

Childhood sweethearts Novak and Jelena - who have been together for over a decade - tied the knot in July 2014 in a stunning ceremony in the grounds of Montenegro's Aman Sveti Stefan, a small islet.

Jelena, who has a business administration degree and a masters in luxury management and services, is the director of the Novak Djokovic Foundation, which provides support for disadvantaged children in Serbia.

The couple have also opened a vegan restaurant in Monaco.

KIM MURRAY

MARRIED TO ANDY MURRAY, WORLD NUMBER 156

Pet portrait artist and mother-of-two Kim, 30, prefers to shun the celebrity circuit eschewing the opportunities to pose for magazines and design clothing ranges that other WAGs jump at.

However, Wimbledon is the time of year when she comes into her own and we can expect to see her become the centre of attention as she sashays through the SW19 grounds in floaty tea dresses with her glossy locks impeccably styled.

However, it's a testing year for the Queen Bee of the tennis WAGs as the former World Number One has just returned to tennis after a long-term struggle with injury led to hip surgery, and had contributed to his world ranking falling from first to 157th.

However, Kim will be willing him on from the sidelines, as she's known for commanding almost as much attention with her off-court antics as her husband's sporting victories.

In February 2015, she wore a jumper reading 'Parental advistory: Explicit content' after being caught on camera apparently mouthing 'F***** have that you Czech flash f***' during Andy's match with Tomas Berdych.

The couple's first child Sophia, two, is not expected to accompany her mother as they prefer to keep their children out of the limelight - so much so that they haven't revealed the name of their second daughter, born in November 2017.

French tennis player Kristina Mladenovic, 25, has been dating Austria's Dominic Thiem, 24, since 2017.

They went public with their relationship at the end of last year, and the player said he was certain the extra support would help him at The French Open earlier this month, saying: 'It can only be a good thing for me.'

He added: We speak about many other things in our daily life. But it's sure that it's easy and funny to speak about tennis together.'

Kristina has won one singles and 17 doubles titles on the WTA Tour, and four singles and seven doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit.

IN 2014, she and her partner Tímea Babos were runners up in women's doubles at Wimbledon.

MIRKA FEDERER

MARRIED TO ROGER FEDERER, WORLD NUMBER TWO

Mirka Federer, 40, who is married to defending Wimbledon champion Roger Federer, 36, is a force to be reckoned in her own right.

A stalwart of the Wimbledon sidelines, Mirka is perhaps the best connected of all the WAGs thanks to her friendship with Anna Wintour.

The pair are often seen chatting in the royal box and she's pals with Wimbledon regular Pippa Middleton and her sister the Duchess of Cambridge, patron of the All England Lawn Tennis Club.

The former professional tennis player first met Roger at the 2000 Summer Olympics and retired from the sport two years later due to a foot injury.

Since her retirement Mirka has supported her husband both as his public relations manager and on tour.

The couple have two sets of twins, eight-year-old twin girls Charlene and Myla and four-year-old boys Lenny and Leo.

And Roger has creditd her for enabling him to continue playing at an age when many players are considering retirement, saying she 'makes it all possible'.

'Without her support, I wouldn't be playing tennis no more since many years,' he said. 'But we had a very open conversation, if she was happy to do this or not, years ago.

'I'm happy that she's super supportive, and she's willing to take on a massive workload with the kiddies.

'Same for me, because I wouldn't want to be away from my kids for more than two weeks. This life wouldn't work if she said no.'
